Very Good
The Hotel is on a quiet street but relatively within walking distance or a short cab ride away from most of the Hotspots in El Poblado. The suite was comfortable and with decent amount of space.
Breakfast was average and not a lot of options. One of the mornings I was there eggs were cold.

I was staying by myself and felt secured, tv and warm water were excellent.
Location, cleanliness, hospitality and breakfast included. Elevators were fast and never crowded.
Lobby too small and sometimes there was nobody at the bar and had to wait a long time.
